This role will play a critical role in the Siri Experience leadership team: ensuring that the organization and team are continuously improving across many dimensions. Furthermore, by streamlining logistical and tactical work, this role will enable leaders to spend more time on strategy

Key Qualifications

  • Drive strategic processes: Ensure the leadership team is setting effective OKRs, communicating with clarity and transparency to the organization and taking effective action on team culture topics
  • Handle breadth: The needs of the organization are numerous and ever-changing. This role will need to handle a very wide variety of focus areas as the situation demands
  • Partner well: Partner closely with the leader of Siri Experience to devise organizational strategy and assess priorities. Partner with the AI/ML Chief of Staff to generalize work to the broader organization where possible. Represent the organization in key executive meetings
  • Streamline logistics: Oversee and lead key logistical tasks like space planning, headcount planning and management, compensation planning talent planning, budget, etc. Collect and consolidate inputs from organization leaders pertaining to these topic areas. Make recommendations form the organization level point of view
  • Enhance culture: Help identify cultural areas for improvement and turn them into action. Could include but is not limited to - career development, transparency, hiring, team surveys, training, communication, etc. Ensure regular communication to the organization including but not limited to planning and coordinating content for all hands and all manager meetings
  • Develop leaders: Use the unique vantage point of this role to ensure that the organization leaders are identifying areas of personal development and making progress on them
  • Manage a team: This person will manage a small team to cover these responsibilities at greater depth


Logistical powerhouse: Exhibit incredible follow through. Turn complicated multi-person work into an execution plan
Leadership: Hire, manage and mentor operational roles. Leverage and guide the Siri Experience administrative team
Communication: Create informative and cons emails, documents and presentations. Have productive critical discussions with senior leaders
Strategic and process thinking: Design efficient processes that elicit results from a busy team
Insights: Notice and describe group or individual behavioral trends to celebrate or adjust
Collaboration: Work with a variety of roles including recruiting, engineering, design, program management and executives
