Raytheon Missiles and Defense is seeking a sub Integrated Product Team Lead (sub IPT Lead) for the Open System Architecture Signal Injector (OSI) product. The OSI sub IPT Lead is responsible for ensuring the OSI products are delivered on schedule, within budget, and consistent with quality and technical standards. The OSI sub IPT lead is responsible for all aspects of execution across engineering disciplines. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership, control account ownership, and direct interfacing with internal and external customers. The OSI sub IPT Leads responsibilities include communication and interface with program leadership. The candidate will be responsible for cost and schedule, variance analysis and earned value reporting. The candidate needs to demonstrate the ability to work in a high paced, high demand program environment, and to manage resources (including staff, facilities, and equipment) efficiently.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of Systems Engineering or related technical discipline
Knowledge of Systems and/or Software development life cycle and development processes, methodologies, and tools
Customer interface and interaction experience
Experience allocating budget and scope, and constructing a meaningful and executable IMS
This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Except in rare circumstances, only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
PMX Level 6 certification or ability to obtain one within one year

EVMS certification
Experience with MS Office Suite
Experience with system level documentation and maintenance and/or requirements development and design of system level software architecture.
Experience and interest in Information Assurance/Cyber Engineering requirements, determination, development, and implementation

PMX Level 5 certification
Active DoD Secret Clearance or greater
Required Education (including Major):
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or other STEM related field
