If you answered yes, then The System Integration and Test (SI&T) Directorate is interested in you. Our directorate is responsible for integration, test and validation activities for RMD Programs. Our team of talented engineers collaborates across disciplines from initial concepts to product sell off, integrates complex technology, debugs and resolves interface issues, evaluates system performance, demonstrates and sells off state-of-the-art products for areas including radars, command and control platforms, missile systems, and cyber defense.
The Air and Missile Defense Operations Center (ADOC) is a command and control system for various sensors and shooters.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support system level integration and test planning, design and execution
  • Prepare plans, procedures, and test cases
  • Develop detailed integration information sheets and detailed verification information sheets
  • Perform integration and test activities in house or at site locations
  • Utilize DOORS to capture verification artifacts and maintain traceability to requirements

Required Skills:
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with system level integration and test planning, design and execution
  • Proven ability to develop detailed integration and test plans, procedures and test cases
  • Experience with programming in MATLAB, C/C++, Python, or other programing language
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics or related technical discipline
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance, only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Strong analytic, technical and problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish professional rapport with others in a small team environment, adapt to change, and thrive in an atmosphere that requires trust, teamwork, initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills:
  • Experience with integration and testing in an AGILE environment
  • Experience with DOORS or a related requirements management tool
  • Proven experience with current air defense programs with specific experience in large, complex systems.
  • Proven ability to interface with customers and lead test events to verify/sell-off complex requirements
  • Knowledge of complex command and control systems involving multiple sensors and effectors
  • Experience with Link-16 networks and specifications

This position can be Salary Grade G08 or G09 based on the candidate's qualifications as they relate to the skills, experience and responsibility requirements for the position.

This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
