The Worldwide Developer Relations team is looking for a Senior Quality lead who, like us, is passionate about developers, the App Store, and the user experience. The position requires a self-motivated individual with a solid understanding of quality management, Six Sigma & Lean, and statistical principles. We are looking for individuals who can thrive in a dynamic workplace where both individual drive and team collaboration are the keys to success.
Are you passionate about developing strategies, analyzing data, reporting, and presenting results? Are you an experienced leader with extraordinary analytical skills? As a member of the App Review Quality team, you will handle and participate in process improvement initiatives. You will become part of a team that is developing excellence, creativity and innovation

- You will perform statistical analyses to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and execute quality initiatives to address opportunities
- Assist in tactical planning initiatives
- Help provide regular quality updates to the organization

Education & Experience
BS in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Management, or User Experience/Human Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience
