The Programming team plans and project manages all pitches and live projects delivered by the Brand Experience and Events team.

The Senior Programming Manager will play a vital role within this rapidly growing division. This role will partner with other members of Brand Experience and key cross-functional teams to build and deliver event programs, consumer experiences and appointment-to-view content that supports Apple Services. This role reports into the Senior Operations and Planning Lead.

Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years of proven experience in a strategic project management / account handling role, working on Entertainment based projects and campaigns. Creative agency background experience preferred.
  • Skilled at writing pitch presentations and decks, building a clear and compelling narrative that helps to set up and frame creative work.
  • Shown ability to work on and understand how live experiences translate into highly engaging content, and where it sits within the broader marketing mix.
  • A passion for - and knowledge of - music, TV, gaming, books and broader culture and entertainment, with the ability to apply this insight to each project you work on.
  • Highly skilled in prioritizing multiple, complex, concurrent projects. Able to respond and adapt deliver to a high standard that adheres to clearly defined business and marketing objectives.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, while still working under tight deadlines.


Work on multiple brand experience projects with key business leads across Apple Services, ensuring that all business objectives and critical metrics are consistently met.

Receive, write and interrogate briefs. Ensure briefs are built on proven strategic foundations in response to business and marketing objectives before any creative work begins.

As a strong presenter, able to lead meetings within our own team, and clients and partners of all levels across the business.

Project Management across multiple live projects, responsible for building and maintaining timelines, weekly reports and other documentation as required.

Serve as a key contact for our clients for project information on pitches and live projects, ensuring we deliver a high standard of client service and account management. Attend events and act as part of a client facing team on-site.

Help to research and prepare for Creative review sessions with cross functional teams, pulling together all assets required for an effective project kick off.

Ensure all deliverables have been signed off by our clients in a consistent and clear way, before going live / into production.

Work with Senior Planning and Operations Manager to track International projects across the team, helping to maintain and circulate among all International partners on a weekly basis.

Collaborative approach in working with wider Brand Experience team that also includes Experiential Designers, Producers and Project Managers.

When vital, you'll work with cross functional teams to integrate the Apple Services ecosystem into event programming plans and campaigns.

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Additional Requirements

  • Proficient in Keynote, Microsoft Office, Pages and Numbers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
