At LogMeIn were looking for an outstanding Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Global Product Marketing team. This person will have a significant influence on the design, and execution, of our companys messaging strategy, as we strive to fulfil our goal of enabling any-where working globally.

At a hugely exciting time for our business, you will play a key part in establishing and operationalizing our Market Intelligence program. Your work will be critical to LogMeIns success, as the insight garnered from your program, will inform the overall approach to communicating the value of our solutions.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Ensuring we always have our finger on the pulse of customer conversations through the establishment of formal feedback channels across all customer facing teams at LogMeIn.

  • You will guarantee Product Marketing doesnt miss a beat, when it comes to Market Trends, Market Analysis and overall Market Commentary by working regularly with analysts houses such as Gartner, Frost & Sullivan, Wainehouse, Aargon and Forrester.

  • You will be the go-to person for customer insight, you will do this by forging superb relationships with your counterparts across UX, Product, Content, Strategy and other relevant departments that carry out primary research studies for LogMeIn.

  • You will be the person on point, for performance analysis across sales, marketing & product line, ensuring your colleagues in Product Marketing are constantly aware of areas where performance is strong, areas where performance is weak, and understand any initiatives required to improve.

  • You will co-pilot the development of market-ready messaging that is relevant, extensible, and consistent across LogMeIns Solutions.

  • You will champion the work of the product marketing team when partnering with Customer Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand & Creative, Ecommerce and Sales, ensuring our work is being utilized and maximized throughout LogMeIns marketing programs.

  • You will be reporting to a Director of Product Marketing, and you will be crucial in helping drive the creation of strategic messaging across North America, EMEA, APAC & LATAM.


  • Preferably you will have a Masters or Bachelors degree in marketing or management

  • You will have 5+ years of experience in product marketing for a software product and/or company

  • You will be experienced across B2B marketing with a focus on the go to market plan.

  • You will be proficient in drawing insights and creating actionable outcomes from performance data, market research, industry analysis and customer feedback.

  • Analytical mind a strong advantage.

  • A track record of influencing decisions through strong relationships outside your immediate team.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills needed

  • Proven ability to prioritize and multitask in fast paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong attention to detail and professional manner with all levels of the organization a must
