We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Business Enablement team, supporting the Apple Pay Wallet and Payments Operations. You will be working to drive a high visibility, strategic effort to stand up new processes and technology capabilities critical to our business. In this role you will lead a cross-functional team to the successful launch of these capabilities, and once implemented, will serve as the technical solution's cross-functional product manager. You will work closely with cross functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Retail, AppleCare, and Engineering teams.

This role is full-time located in Austin, TX.

Key Qualifications

  • Extensive experience leading critical, fast-paced, cross-functional technology initiatives in partnership with technology teams, launching and scaling financial products.
  • Experience in managing internal technology product roadmaps for cross-functional and external stakeholders.
  • Significant experience in the financial services industry, credit card, mobile commerce, digital wallet and/or payments operations, implementing financial systems and process design, within customer service, payment operations or digital payments strongly preferred.

Develop and drive improvements across internal and external partners to create best-in-class operational experiences through collaboration, leadership and a customer-focused approach.

Education & Experience

Bachelors in Business, Engineering or a related field required. MBA or a relevant post graduate degree is a plus.

Minimum 10+ years of professional experience required.

Prior experience in management consulting or product operations at a tech company and/or startup is a plus.

Experience in finance industry, especially with financial support systems, strongly preferred.
