As the Senior Platform Product Manager, WW B2B eCommerce Platform within the WW Sales Digital Channel organization, you will drive and work with Apple worldwide and regional business teams to help shape Channel eCommerce platform and help create best on class digital customer experience solutions. You will be a pivotal member of the team and have the opportunity to guide a cross-functional team through the entire strategic and tactical product lifecycle, from ideation and roadmap to development, refinement, ongoing optimization, and growth. You will be responsible for making business decisions and helping build product strategies that solve customer needs and drive revenue.
Key Qualifications
The desired Senior Platform Product Manager with in the WW Sales Digital Channel organization will have a wide breadth of knowledge in various online and eCommerce platform technologies, understand various eCommerce models, focus on best in class customer experience, understand end to end integration with Order Management processes and enterprise systems. In addition, the desired candidate should have extensive experience in product management methodologies including product planning and product life cycle management. This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering to deliver best in class products and eCommerce solutions to Apple business customers that support Apple's overall strategy and goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Engaging with internal business partners on regular basis on business requirements
Collaborating with cross functional team to solve customer needs
Specifying and prioritizing product requirements, feature sets, and key positioning and messaging elements
Curating, communicating, and managing a long-term product roadmap
Analyzing external and internal data to identify gaps and opportunities
Defining KPIs and setting targets that move the team toward success
Conducting relevant research studies to shape product vision and drive product direction
Understanding customer data from sales transactions and click throughs
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree required, MBA is desired
