We are part of Customer Systems team. We build and support a macOS based CRM application used by more than 50K AppleCare advisors worldwide when serving Apple customers. Our application empowers AppleCare advisors to offer the best customer support experience to Apple customers.

We are looking for a Swift Engineer with focus on designing and developing native macOS based software applications. The successful candidate must be highly skillful, detail oriented, and able to turn a set of requirements and wireframes into fully functioning software.

Key Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in developing macOS or iOS applications.
• Hands-on coding, reading and debugging skills in Objective-C and Swift.
• Fluent in macOS or iOS app based architectures, design patterns, and frameworks.
• Experience with unit testing, CI/CD process and deployment of macOS/iOS app
• Ability to communicate thoughtfully.
• Demonstrate creative, critical thinking and problem solving skills.

As a member of our team, you will have responsibilities covering all aspects of the CRM application design, development, debug and deployment. The ideal candidate will be able to think outside of the box and demonstrate real passion for creating the best customer service experience.

Job functions include:
Own feature design, development and delivery of key modules of the application.
Lead a team of vendor dev resources working on deliveries of multiple concurrent projects.
Collaborate with business partners and cross-function teams throughout the app development lifecycle
Accountable for meeting assigned project objectives, resource budget and timelines
Participating in design sessions and code reviews to ensure the software code quality.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent plus 8+ years of relevant experience

Additional Requirements

• Experience of building hybrid macOS/iOS app with embedded web code a plus but not required
• Experience of building accessibility (i.e. FKA and VoiceOver) features a plus but not required
