Raytheon Missiles and Defense (RMD) is seeking a Recruiter to perform full life cycle recruitment. This person will have responsibility for the development and execution of recruitment strategies that support business initiatives and will partner with leaders to coach and mentor on talent acquisition processes, HR policies, state and federal laws to include OFCCP compliance.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will develop and maintain business relationships and be recognized as a trusted HR partner. This requires the recruiter to work with a sense of urgency, drive the process forward and have excellent follow-up skills.

This position can be located nationwide with ability to work remotely.

The Recruiter will:

Perform full life cycle recruiting of professional positions and provide support for other functional areas as needed.
Responsible for partnering with organizational business leaders and Human Resource partners to assess talent requirements, create staffing strategies, source, extend offers and develop comprehensive strategies to attract diverse talent.
Use sourcing resources and techniques to identify diverse candidates such as online social networking, traditional networking, Boolean searches, and referrals.
Facilitate and drive the hiring process to meet business hiring demands.
Demonstrate positive change agent behaviors and Influence managers and business partners in a matrix environment.
Ensure accurate and timely recordkeeping in accordance with company policies, Talent Acquisition processes, OFCCP and CPGE.
Attend and support local and national hiring, career events and related conferences.
Limited travel may be required (post-COVID-19 travel restrictions).

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree required preferably in Business, Management, Human Resources or an additional 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
4 years of Talent Acquisition experience to include any combination of full lifecycle recruiting, sourcing or agency recruiting.
Experience developing and implementing talent strategies and methodologies to hire critical talent.
Experience with pro-active sourcing to build and manage diverse talent pipelines for various skill sets across the organization.
Experience recruiting in a high volume environment for a Department of Defense Federal Contractor
Experience building effective working relationships with a broad range of management styles at all levels in the organization.
Experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Kenexa / BrassRing in an enterprise environment.

Desired Skills:

Bachelors degree and / or Master's degree desired preferably in Business, Management, Human Resources or related discipline.
Advanced level candidate pre-closing and closing skills with proven ability to determine viable prospects.
Talent Acquisition partnership influencing, educating and training human resources generalists and managers regarding Talent Acquisition processes, policies and compliance responsibilities.

This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
