Job Description
We are seeking an energetic leader for the Configurable Fabrics Group (CFG) within the IP Engineering Group (IPG). This leader will drive deliveries of the IOSF fabric IPs, IOSF bridge IPs , and Netspeed fabric to our key internal customers and Intel Foundry Services (IFS). The responsibility includes close collaboration with other IP teams and SOC teams to define the workplan, features, and staged deliveries to ensure program success. The responsibility also includes strategically expanding IP users to external Intel customers. This leader will report directly to the Director of Architecture and Configurable Fabrics in the IP Engineering Group (IPG).


Qualifications

As the Senior Director you will be directly responsible for CFG execution, you will direct 100+ team members to develop IP features and maintain regular release cadence, while maximizing team agility for customer requirements. CFG spans across USA and India.Responsibilities include: Lead global team of logic design, verification, and software engineers to develop and deliver fabric and bridge IPs via our core SW tools including NoCStudio. Develop fabric and bridge IP strategies with a vision and roadmap for delivering product-ready releases for variety of internal and external customers. Guide feature architecture definition, feature prioritization, and team commitments to meet quality, schedule, and customer needs. Drive retrospectives and continuous improvements. Sponsor team member growth plans and engagement, while driving high retention levels. Engage with other IP leaders to drive transformation for our IP methodologies. Build and retain a high performing organization valuing diversity and inclusion. Cultivate and reinforce appropriate group values, norms, and behaviors. Develop the organization for sustained growth and develop people for technical leadership and strong management.Qualifications: Minimum 15+ Years' experience leading engineering teams to deliver complex designs. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in leading global teams. BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or semiconductor related majors, with a master's degree preferred Experience with configurable IP methodologies is preferred Experience with complete full product cycle, including product definition and customer support
