LogMeIn is actively searching for a Senior Director, Marketing & eCommerce Analytics to join our team. Reporting to our VP of Global Marketing Strategy & Operations, you will play an instrumental role in driving transformation both inside and outside of LogMeIn.

In this highly visible role, you will work closely with our CMO and senior leadership team. You will expertly guide a team in the delivery of trusted metrics as well as objective, actionable insights to optimize Marketing performance. You will have the opportunity to lead and own the creation of an analytics-driven framework for key decision-making; including, Marketing spend, program performance, eCommerce, Website, etc.

This role is critical to LogMeIn as we continue to grow aggressively and solidify our position as a billion-dollar SaaS company. This is a remote-centric position. That said, in this particular role, your primary daily interactions will be with team members and business stakeholders throughout the United States and the United Kingdom. As such, our preference is to hire within a time zone that is conducive to effective collaborations, (e.g., Central Time Zone, Mountain Time Zone, etc.).


  • Develop trusted metrics and analysis for CMO, VP Web & eCommerce, and Marketing program leaders incorporating company priorities, Marketing targets, and market environment
  • Provide reporting and analysis for board meetings, business reviews, quarterly strategic and operational planning which include spend vs performance, CAC, LTV, NPV, Marketing mix models, etc.
  • Develop scalable metrics and testing framework for eCommerce business to measure and optimize conversion, sales and profitability
  • Deliver metrics and analysis on Marketing program performance, attribution and ROI. Provide insight and recommendations to marketers and planning team to ensure continuous spend efficiency and improvement
  • Build strong relationships with business partners in Marketing and cross functional groups. Develop the team brand as the trusted resource for data-driven insights and optimization in the company. Work cross-functionally with Finance, GTM Analytics and other business partners to ensure consistent metrics, analysis and message
  • Regularly deliver presentations to executive leadership that effectively communicate the story behind the numbers
  • Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly performance updates to all levels of the Marketing organization. Key point of contact for reporting and analytics for the Marketing org and leadership
  • Build and lead the team responsible for Marketing and Web analytics, testing, Web data management tools/platforms. Manage and mentor team of 5 direct reports (10 total). Foster a learning environment by setting and communicating goals and metrics, providing ongoing feedback


  • 10+ years of experience in a combination of data/marketing analytics or data science, strategy, consulting, or an equivalent field. 5+ years of experience leading and motivating a high-functioning team of analysts, preferably in Marketing. MBA preferred
  • Hands-on experience with SQL queries, A/B Testing, cohort analysis, time series analysis, statistical analysis including hypothesis testing, experimentation, regression analysis
  • Proficient using analytics and visualization tools; especially Tableau and Salesforce
  • Expertise in marketing KPIs, funnel measurement and attribution, eCommerce funnel optimization, digital and web analytics, marketing and media mix modeling. Understanding of B2B demand generation principles
  • Strong business acumen including experience in Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations Management, Forecasting
  • Expert Project Management skills, priority-setting capability, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience with business process improvement and change management initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, trust-based relationships as well as interface with all levels of senior management and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, written and oral communications skills, and the ability to communicate and persuade a diverse audience
