About the Group:

We are establishing Intel Foundry Services (IFS), a fully vertical, standalone foundry business. IFS will be a world-class foundry business and major provider of US and European-based capacity to serve customers globally. Intel Foundry Services will be differentiated from other Foundry offerings with a combination of leading-edge packaging and process technology. IFS will also provide access to silicon design services to help our customers seamlessly turn silicon into solutions, using industry standard design packages. This business unit is completely dedicated to the success of its customers with full P and L responsibilities. This model will ensure that our foundry customers' products will receive our utmost focus in terms of service, technology enablement and capacity commitments. IFS is already engaged with customers today starting with our existing foundry offerings and we are expanding imminently to include our most advanced technologies, which are optimized for cutting-edge performance, making them ideal for high-performance applications.



In this position, as Senior Director of IFS Ecosystem Development, you will
Develop and drive global external eco-system enabling strategy to support IFS strategic goals and objectives
Attract new ecosystem partners, facilitate incubation, and accelerate integration and alignment of external ecosystem to IFS
Establish and execute programs to onboard ecosystem partners (ASIC design houses, IP developers, Packaging, hardware, software, post silicon, platform development, etc.,) for IFS customers
Bring industry best practices and Intel IDM expertise to drive IP readiness working with the IP certification teams in IFS and with the ecosystem. Ensure ecosystem readiness to meet IFC roadmap
Participate in ecosystem outreach, industry events to facilitate 2-way dialogue between IFS and ecosystem partners.
Automotive is a key focus area. Establish ecosystem expertise to facilitate IFS success.

Experience

20+ years of leadership experience in the semiconductor industry.
Proven expertise in leading global external ecosystem Development including partner selection/incubation/integration/qualification and sustaining management.
Strong technical expertise in Si/package design, die-package-board interaction, systems' integration, and 2.5D/3D architectures.

Experience in process development/integration, technology innovations and operations.

Expertise in leading complex programs involving large number of multi-disciplinary internal and external stakeholders/partners.


Qualifications


Degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Computer Science or equivalent required. PHD preferred.
