The Decision Support team is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support process automation and improved leadership dashboards for worldwide Logistics.

We are seeking a candidate that has a combination of technical knowledge and business savvy, used to develop and deliver executive dashboards and reports in support of rapid decision-making. You will focus on supporting the growth of Apple's products, routes to market and key Operations initiatives. This role is highly visible, interacting with business partners, IS&T, finance, and executive leadership.

Key Qualifications

• Expert with Tableau or similar BI dashboard visualization tool
• Proficient in Statistics related to Modeling and Forecasting
• Experience using Python or R for analytical modeling
• Sophisticated knowledge of SQL and ability to normalize large volumes of data
• Experience using ETL tools like Airflow and Nifii
• Familiarity with Supply Chain Operations supporting various functions
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into analytical insights
• Experience presenting and sharing insights with various business functions
• Good work ethic and passion to go beyond what is expected
• Experience with Snowflake, Dremio, and MemSQL highly desired

Design, develop, and support dashboards and reports.

Provide analysis to support business management and executive decision-making.

Work with Apple's IS&T team to drive development of tools and data models to better support business analytics.

Partner with other Apple organizations on data governance, reporting tools, hierarchy management and KPI's.

Education & Experience

BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Machine Learning or related field
MS/MBA in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Machine Learning or related field
5 - 10 years meaningful experience
