Job Description Electrical Products Team within the Raytheon Missile & Defense is seeking a Management Assistant Senior to be a part of our administrative team supporting diverse departments of technical and engineering professionals. The Management Assistant Senior will support 1 department or up to 200 employees.
Position Responsibilities Include:
Submitting facilities and/or asset requests for equipment, repairs, new hire assets etc.
Organizing and prioritizing leadership calendars to minimize schedule conflicts
Planning and coordinating domestic/international travel
Preparing and submitting expense reports
Coordinating Meetings including invites, ordering food when applicable, capture notes/action items as requested
Managing employee moves
Creating and managing Zoom Meetings
Creating and maintaining Organization Charts
Assisting in new hire onboarding (Welcome new hire, provide supplies, office location)
Creating and processing various Policy Exception forms
Submit employee changes through HR System
Reserving conference rooms
Ordering / maintaining office supplies
Preparing security clearances and visitor requests
Required Skills and Education:
A minimum of four (4) years professional administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word and Excel
High School diploma or related
Desired Skills:
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
Highly proficient in organizing data and documents with the ability to maintain confidentiality of personnel information
Experience in a work environment that requires you to respond quickly and effectively to non-routine requests and situations
Self-starter with initiative and independent judgment for assisting management and employees
Willingness to learn new skills
Working knowledge of the online expense reporting systems and policies
Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
An Associate's Degree or some college is desirable
