Job Description

Intel Programable Solutions Group is seeking and experience Security Architect to contribute to the definition of our Next Generation custom logic components.

As a Security Architect your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

  • Research, recommend, specify, and document security technology for platforms in support of organization's strategic vision.
  • Responsible for translating business/customer requirements into platform architecture encompassing hardware, software, firmware, and other components designed to support a variety of systems, solutions, and applications.
  • Design, develop, and analyze overall platform security architecture and partitioning security functionality between hardware, software, and firmware to meet use cases threats and security requirements.
  • Leads architectural governance and decisions related to security technology as part of a cross functional architecture decision group.
  • Provide technical direction for platform, SoC and component design activities.
  • Influences the shaping of future products/solutions by significantly contributing to the security architecture and security technology employed throughout the compute continuum.
  • Provides multilayered technical expertise for next generation initiatives.

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in a silicon product design roles
  • 3+ years of experience in a Security Architect role for silicon products or platforms
  • Experience in applied cryptography
  • Experience with security technologies common to modern compute and acceleration platforms
  • Experience in Client and Server platform interconnect and component architectures
  • Experience authoring technical requirements specifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience developing or using FPGA based platforms
  • Experience with the SDL or other structured security assurance development process
