As part of the New Product Security team, you'll help craft the secrecy program for our most significant innovations and creative initiatives around the world. You will provide day-to-day support of specialized software engineering teams, utilize data to inform decisions and plan for OS releases, lead the execution of secrecy initiatives, and effectively communicate overall program status. This position will reside in Cupertino, California and will require up to 10% travel (international and domestic).

Key Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in project management or operations within teams developing and releasing a consumer product
• Excellent time management skills; you love to prioritize duties and responsibilities in order to be more effective
• Self-motivated and hardworking with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities
• Collaboration: You are able to fit in well with a team, understand capabilities and priorities
• You exhibit a deeply curious attitude about new ideas
• Proven ability to manage complex projects & processes across a highly-matrixed, cross-functional, organization
• Experience in Unix programming/scripting or equivalent, strongly preferred
• Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience
• Excellent spoken and written communication; experience demonstrating strong presentation skills
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
• Ability to create and execute plans in ambiguous settings
• Ability to propose and adapt process to accommodate different management styles and situations
• Excellent attention to detail

This position will give you the opportunity to lead and develop highly effective teams within a fast-paced/high-growth environment.
You will be challenged to overcome a steep learning curve to quickly understand complex real-world scenarios. That understanding will help you build plans to mitigate risks, and drive consensus from cross-functional teams to deploy those recommendations.
You will be planning, crafting, and running work streams to implement complicated large-scale initiatives will be necessary.
You will need experience with software development fundamentals, have proven leadership capabilities, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Education & Experience

B.S. or equivalent degree

Additional Requirements

• Possess a practical understanding of security processes and risk frameworks
• Experience working for a multinational company with operations in China or Southeast Asia
