EPS is an inclusive team in SATG/S3E/ATT which provides pre-production client, data center, and discrete graphics systems and samples to Intel's internal and external software ecosystem. These systems are known internally as Software Development Platforms, or SDPs. SDPs are a critical component to enable the software ecosystem which optimize Intel's latest technologies. Our mission is to "define and deliver development platforms and services that inspire developers and enable TTM of Intel products". We seek to accomplish this mission via partnerships across our key stakeholder base and key Intel business units such as CCG and DPG. If you are a self-motivated and resourceful thought leader, this role may be for you. Product Line Managers (PLMs) in EPS are in a key leadership position to ensure we are supporting the most critical platforms with the most compelling enabling hardware. PLMs establish deep partnerships with key suppliers and customer teams to understand what the requirements are then lead teams responsible for connecting customers to technologies in the most effective manner. Our Product Line Managers must be forward looking thought leaders able to evaluate complex requirements and deliver innovative solutions that enable Intel's success.


Your success will be measured by your skills to execute and improve business processes, develop deep and collaborative partnerships with cross-organization leaders to enable the software ecosystem, and lead, inspire and develop your team to create and deliver innovative products which add value for our customers and Intel.

In this role you will be responsible for providing customers access to technology required to enable the software ecosystem through deep partnerships with multiple organizations. You will lead and grow a multi-functional team responsible for developing and executing SDP programs and connecting customers to technologies in innovative ways to enable their success. You will have an understanding of the technical requirements of the software developer and an understanding of Intel's pre and post-silicon options. You will have a strong desire for continuous improvement and challenge your team to take risks. You'll be influential in negotiating with key supplier organizations and with customers to develop and try innovative solutions. This position requires a rare blend of strong business acumen, the ability to develop, maintain and grow a strong and cohesive team, expertise in the software domain, and the ability to engage deeply with pre and post silicon supplier organizations.

  • Strategic long-range roadmap planning

  • Establishing KPIs which measure the success of the work of your team and an eagerness and willingness to continuously improve performance
  • Clear and concise communication of complex program status including to executive level leaders and customers

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Education Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or any relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years' experience leading teams.

3+ years' experience with program management.

5+ years' experience or exposure in the software or computer science domain.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP certification is preferred.

Master in Business Administration degree is preferred.

Supply Chain management experience.
