Are you passionate about workplace learning and training development? Can you quickly and effectively resolve learning needs and create instructionally-sound synchronous and asynchronous training materials to meet those needs? If so, keep reading...the Apple Search Ads Training Instructional Designer will work with sales leaders to identify training needs and create instructor-led, video-based, and online training using cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions. You will challenge learners' understanding through relevant activities, author measurable learning objectives, and develop materials that promote transfer, retention, and adoption. You'll work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where quality, creativity, and accountability are tradition.

Key Qualifications

  • 3-5 years sales/account management training experience in B2B, tech or other knowledge intensive field
  • Experience developing sales training curriculum for search, media, technically dense and/or data oriented products
  • Experience in the mobile app space, search and/or performance marketing along with start-up experience is preferred
  • Expertise in creating training programs using Keynote, Final Cut Pro, Screen Flow as well as eLearning solutions (Articulate, Captivate, gamification, Scorm).
  • Understand the underlying foundation of instructional design and adult learning
  • An organized, methodical personality and excellent communication skills are crucial
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Description

Work closely with managers to create and execute in-person and online training curriculum for internal Search Ads staff.
Develop ongoing learning curriculum for both sales and account management functions.
Develop reference collateral and learning tools to support ongoing training plans.
Create and deliver product training to external partners and clients.
Support new product launches with training plans to help drive client adoption.
Partner with and support sales managers in driving improved sales performance within their teams.
Create cohesive look and messaging for all training, regardless of modality.
Coordinate with localization team to ensure effective regional training delivery.
Create a scorecard system and staff rotation program to assess training material quality and delivery effectiveness.

Education & Experience

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
