Are you passionate about workplace learning and training development? Can you quickly and effectively resolve learning needs and create instructional materials to meet those needs? Our Sales Training Program Manager may be a fit for you!! You will work with sales leaders to identify training needs and create instructor-led, computer-based, and virtual training using cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions. You will challenge learners' understanding through important activities, author measurable learning objectives, and develop materials that promote transfer, retention, and application. You'll work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where quality, creativity, and accountability are tradition

Key Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years sales/account management training experience in B2B, tech or other knowledge intensive field
  • Experience developing sales training curriculum for search, media, technically dense and/or data oriented products
  • Knowledge of LMS options and how to design, develop and deliver internal and external learning programs effectively and efficiently
  • Experience leading front of the room trainings and delivering curriculum across sales and account management teams
  • An organized, disciplined personality and excellent interpersonal skills are crucial
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in the mobile app space, search and/or performance marketing along with start-up experience is preferred

Description

Work closely with Search Ads leadership team to build and execute in-person and online training curriculum for internal Search Ads staff
Build and deliver product training to external partners and clients
Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to migrate learning curriculum to an effective LMS
Support new product launches with training plans to help drive client adoption
Partner with and support Sales Managers in driving improved sales performance within their teams
Conduct training sessions, to advance both technical and client engagement excellence
Build a scorecard system and staff rotation program to assess training material quality and delivery efficiency

Education & Experience

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
