Apple is looking for a content developer to write sales training that shapes how we transform our sales partners into skilled advocates that represent the Apple brand to customers.

You'll create rich, engaging content that reaches millions of salespeople around the globe-from consumer retail to carrier. And you'll get to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with passionate colleagues where your creativity and problem solving can shine.

Key Qualifications

  • Your work experience should include designing and writing content for training solutions that focus on how to position and sell products in a variety of vertical markets.
  • Experience creating and writing sales training in the high-tech industry
  • Ability to manage several projects at once
  • Knowledge of different consultative sales processes (retail experience a plus)
  • Ability to facilitate collaborative, cross-functional decision-making processes
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional ability to build rapport across a wide range of cultures and personalities
  • Apple product and software expertise
  • Prior experience delivering training to a variety of global audiences
  • Training-related data analysis
  • Ability to legally work in the United States
  • Availability to travel

Description

Here are some of the things you'll do:

You'll design and write exceptional course materials to support a variety of delivery types, including instructor-led, job aids, and mobile

You'll develop new learning experiences that engage and excite our sales partners

You'll become a specialist on Apple products, audiences, and sales strategies, and continuously apply that knowledge in your training solutions and across the organization

You'll apply Apple standards to produce training deliverables in the conversational, intelligent, and elegant style that reflects the Apple brand

You'll work with people around the world and across Apple-sales leaders, business partners, regional training teams, editors, and the production team-to rapidly gather information, refine objectives, and produce training and content that's relevant and of the highest quality

You'll be pushed to work faster, smarter, and better every day

Education & Experience

A master's degree in instructional design or a related subject area, or equivalent work experience
