The School of Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Evansville invites applications for a clinical Assistant Professor position in Electrical Engineering to start in August 2023.

The primary responsibilities include teaching electrical engineering courses at the undergraduate level. Preference will be given to candidates who are passionate about undergraduate engineering education and willing to teach a variety of courses offered in the  electrical engineering program.  The courses offered in the program are given in the link below. https://www.evansville.edu/majors/electricalengineering/courses.cfm

Requirements

The job requirements include a doctorate or near completion in electrical engineering or closely related field. Candidates without a doctorate must have earned a master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering and have a minimum of five years of relevant industry-based professional experience.
