The Information and Communications Lab (ICL) Communications Systems and Spectrum Division (CSSD) seeks a Graduate Research Assistant (GRA) for the fall 2021 semester. As a GRA, you will get to learn skills in these areas to propel your career forward. If you understand RF PCB layout and RF lab equipment, then you have the basic knowledge to succeed here. We train GRAs with a positive attitude and work ethic into full-time employees upon graduation.
Your tasks will include: Develop software on software-defined radios, embedded systems, and servers. Work in an agile process using Atlassian tools. Work on documentation, drawings, and designs.
GTRIs Information and Communications Lab (ICL) Communications Systems and Spectrum Division (CSSD) researches and develops military-grade wireless communications. ICL CSSD fuses multiple technologies including software-defined radio, FPGAs, 5G, circuit board design, 3D printing, and UAVs to solve our customers most challenging problems.
Graduate Research Assistant
1520 hours per week
Due to our research contracts with the US federal government, candidates for this position are required to be US Citizens.
Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain an active security clearance.
