Job Description

Logic Technology Development , Resolution Enhancement Techniques (RET) team develops and implements RET for nanoscale process technologies. Our team is looking for a candidate who will help us with data collection and analysis, model building and software to perform layout correction for high resolution reproduction on wafers.

In this job responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Applies software engineering methods, theories and research towards the investigation and solution of technical RET problems.

  • Maintains knowledge of principles and theories in lithography, optics, resists, modeling, and software engineering.

  • Optical Proximity Correction (OPC) simulations.

  • Acquisition, processing, and statistical analysis of data for OPC models.

  • OPC model or recipe optimization and code validation.

  • Support of production tapeouts and disposition.

  • Creation of technical documentation and presentations.

The candidate should possess the below behavioral traits:

  • Problem-solving skills, data mining and analytics, technical knowledge in identifying, analyzing and solving problems.

  • Attentiveness to detail.

  • Effectively communicate (both verbally and via email), collaborate and align with team members, customers

This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor in an Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related discipline. Must have the required degree or expect the required degree by December 2021.

  • Candidates must have at least one of the following qualifications (having more than one will be preferred):

o Proficiency in a programming (e.g. C++) or scripting (e.g. Python) language

o Experience in semiconductor processing.

o Experience in a UNIX computing environment

o Statistical data analysis or numerical modeling.
