Description:RCS Manager position for the Signature Integration Team, part of the Signature Management & Survivability Directorate. The successful candidate shall be responsible to the Signature Integration Sr. Manager for daily management of RCS tasking for all LM-Aero ADP sites, and LM-Aero programs, as required. Responsibilities include working with government labs and program offices as well as internal LM programs to develop RCS related technologies and processes to meet current and future needs. Selected candidate shall work with the Signature Integration Sr. Manager to establish technical development roadmaps, develop corresponding IRAD portfolios and CRAD projects and oversee technical, financial and schedule aspects of the resulting programs. The selected candidate shall also coordinate and implement RCS staffing strategy by supplying people, processes, tools and technical support.

The well qualified candidate is a recognized technical leader and expert in RCS reduction, with an advanced understanding of low observable hardware development and integration. The selected candidate is expected to have a strong technical leadership background with experiences as a team lead or program manager. The candidate should have strong communication skills. A demonstrated ability to communicate both verbally and in writing is required, and as evidenced by prior work in technically oriented customer briefings and written reports. And ability to explain complex technical concepts in a readily comprehensible manner is an advantage.

The RCS Manager position can be located in either Palmdale or Ft. Worth.

**Selected applicant must have a Final Top Secret Security Clearance investigated within the last 5 years.**
Basic Qualifications:
--Experience working with RCS signature reduction
--Experience capturing & managing classified programs
--A Final Top Secret Security Clearance investigated within the last 5 years.**
Desired Skills:
--Masters degree in electrical engineering, management or physics
--Experience in leading, developing and transitioning technologies
--Experience developing and successfully executing NBF portfolios
--Experience working across multiple teams, organizations, and sites
--Systems Engineering Background
