This position shall serve as the EO/IR Signature Lead for the Signature Management & Survivability (SM&S) / Signature Integration (SI) group across all LM Aero sites: Palmdale, Fort Worth, and Marietta. This position will require travel to customer facilities and other LM sites
This position shall support the execution and technical direction of advanced state-of-the-art Signature Integration (SI) related efforts. Identify, pursue, and manage internal and customer sponsored research and development programs. Interface with internal LM Aero, other LM business units, external customers, and suppliers to develop new Signature related technologies and transition them to LM Aero products. Shall support the development of a comprehensive technology roadmap for the SI discipline and ensure it supports LM Aero’s overall strategy
Responsible for all aspects of employee development and management (assignments, staffing, training, mentoring, career development, performance reviews, compensation, discipline, and promotions). Shall develop, maintain, and deploy personnel with skills in EO/IR Signature Design, Analysis, and Verification, Program leadership, and Project Planning
The ideal candidate will also serve as a focal point in providing technical leadership for requirements development, design verification, risk reduction, full scale testing, and qualification of major vehicle subsystems. Approximately one half of this assignment will be to support Skunk Works programs, proposals, and reviews as an individual contributor

Basic Qualifications
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance with Special Program Access
• Experience as a Program Manager for advanced EO/IR systems
• Expertise with legacy and developmental U.S. military EO/IR systems
• Familiarity with modeling tools and their application to the design of LO vehicles
• Expertise with the design, fabrication, testing and fielding of advanced LO systems
• Proven success in writing and winning white papers and proposals

Desired skills
• Control Account Management (CAM) and/or leading effort(s) with Earned Value (EVMS) reporting requirements
• Experience with key government customers and offices that drive signature requirements for classified applications
• Proven Signature Integration leadership experience on large production programs
• Cradle to grave experience with development, manufacture, fielding, supporting and modernizing Low Observable Air Vehicles including an understanding of the Airworthiness Certification process
