Job Summary:

We are looking for a Tomahawk Repair Administrator within the WLE Depot Operations and Sustainment Department, located in Tucson, AZ

As a Repair Administrator youll focus on asset repair activities and Government Furnished Property accounting. Youll support the Sustainment Management charter of carrying out product support strategies to achieve affordable operational readiness consistent with Warfighter objectives from the development, production, sustainment and disposal of the entire system.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
  • Maintain and update the Tomahawk TOMIS (Tomahawk Information System) Reporting System database with configuration changes, missile/component status, location transfers and other maintenance activities
  • Working within SAP PRISM to manage Property records for government and company-owned hardware
  • Facilitating and coordinating the movement of property both internal and externally
  • Reporting and communicating system status to upper management
  • Supporting Tomahawk Sustainment Leadership as necessary to perform contractual requirements
  • Analyzing data from various databases in order to ensure systemic integrity and adequate reporting capabilities
  • Working in cross-functional teams to support the factory in repairing hardware returned for Warranty or non-Warranty repair.
  • Analyzing, reporting and driving improvements to depot / program service metrics
  • Identifying and elevating technical execution risks (includes Technical Discipline, Technical Performance, Cost and Schedule Performance) to program and functional management
  • Supporting Plant Clearance and Contract Closure activities
An advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience may be considered for this role. A PhD can account for 5 years of experience as required for this role.

Qualifications You Must Have:
Education: Bachelor's degree OR 8+ years of relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors degree. (Two years of related work experience can substitute for one year of college education)
Employment Experience:
  • 5+ years logistics, data management, depot or sustainment experience
  • Experience with manufacturing or depot repair processes
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. US citizenship is required as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

  • Extensive knowledge of PRISM, CABS, OIS, and TOMIS
  • Demonstrated understanding of Raytheon Missiles & Defense products and processes
  • Excellent cross-boundary communication skills (verbal and written), organizational, and people skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently; a highly motivated self-starter, including ability for sound decision making and creative problem solving
  • General understanding of the Plant Clearance process
  • Familiarity with the DGIT (Dangerous Good Information Tool) system
