We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who can identify opportunities and lead key recruiting projects for the recruiting team. This role will have a significant impact on our people. You will be the project manager on key recruiting initiatives with a variety of partners, delivering innovative and efficient recruiting solutions. The Recruiting Project Manager will seek to continuously refine organizational effectiveness and manage projects with an internal and external customer mindset.

This position can be based at our corporate campus in Elk Grove or Santa Clara Valley.

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years recruiting program/project management experience for a large global organization
  • Proven project management skills including communication strategy, establishing goals and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and appreciation for data
  • Experience working with large datasets
  • High degree of proficiency in Excel, Numbers and Keynote
  • Experienced in balancing multiple priorities, stakeholders and work streams across geographies and business groups
  • Understanding of full cycle recruitment processes and US talent market
  • Experience with projects or programs related to training and/or events
  • Ability to gather and analyze data and provide meaningful insights to inform program and project strategies
  • Ability to build relationships and influence across all levels
  • Skilled in getting work done through others
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting is a plus

Description

In this role, you'll build effective timelines for high volume recruiting, documenting and tracking recruiting progress against hiring goals, identifying opportunities to build efficiencies and process improvement. You will build relationships with peers and cross-functional partners to clarify expectations, identify risk and adjust priorities accordingly. You will be responsible for actively keeping recruiting managers and key partners informed of progress, changes and risks. Proactively plan and educate partners to influence change and drive program or project adoption and advocacy. You will provide support to diversity recruitment projects with a data driven approach. You will build deep partnerships across the recruiting teams and conduct and report out on market research continuously creating awareness of existing and new trends around diversity recruitment. You will oversee project schedules, activities and milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders. You will develop communication plans and readouts for Recruiting leaders to share status updates and achievements to key stakeholders. You will plan project meetings with Recruiting teams to ideate, solve problems and complete projects.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience
