Job Description

Assembly and Test Technology Development (ATTD) Quality and Technical Training Engineer:

  • Drive ISO and IATF Compliance, performing internal audits and working cross-organization with stakeholders and owners to improve Quality standards, controls and system.
  • Partners with Manufacturing and Operations to mitigate risk to excursions, develop processes, tools and systems to monitor and prevent excursions.
  • Is the site lead Auditor for ATTD, working with Q&R, Finance, and Corp Compliance leaders and owners to ensure sustain compliance to ISO standards.
  • Applies problem solving methodology and Lean 6 Sigma methodology to drive innovation, operations excellence, and greater levels of efficiency.
  • Creates, monitors key metrics, data mines, and analyzes key data sets in order to pro-actively mitigate quality or process issues. Applying SQLPF, PowerBI, or other analysis tools.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum qualifications and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Possess a relevant STEM bachelor's degree or master's degree or PhD degree and 3+ years of experience with one or more of the following: Instructional design, education, education technology, communications, distance learning, corporate training, adult education or a directly related field with delivering online learning to large organizations.


Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience with one or more of the following:

  • Lean 6 Sigma
  • SQLPF/PowerBI, or other data analysis tools
  • Audit/ISO standards
