Do you have a passion for all things Apple and a desire to shape the quality of our worldwide sales apps and Digital Solution platforms. The Partner Solutions Quality Engineering Team is looking for a creative thinker and strong problem solver with meticulous attention to detail.

We want to hire an experienced QA Manager to lead a team of dedicated QA Engineers striving to improve our consumer sales applications, digital solutions and delight our users. You'll be involved in key decisions to help shape the future of our software and make a difference every day.

Key Qualifications

  • We are looking for 5+ years of experience in managing team of software quality engineers in a distributed environment
  • Comfort managing both functional (manual, automation) and non functional testing aspects of software quality engineering for multiple applications
  • Customer Focused: Passionate about user-focused design, high-quality technology, and what we can do to improve it
  • Team Builder: Proven track record demonstrating the ability to attract, hire, empower and develop the best engineers
  • Exec Presence: Ability to summarize key points and tie them back to the customer experience
  • Technically Agile: Ready to deep dive into technical areas when needed but also discuss these topics to a non-technical audience
  • Priority Driven: At ease working in a constantly evolving, dynamic environment and driving top issues to resolution
  • Understands and practice a balanced approach to managing the team and the projects you are responsible for
  • Highly organized, creative, motivated, and passionate about achieving results

Description

We are looking for someone to lead a team of QA engineers that focus on manual and automated testing for many applications and technologies. We work with multiple engineering and business teams to drive software quality on a daily basis. Additionally, be responsible for a wide range of testing, and tackling new challenges regularly. You'll be the voice and advocate for quality, help establish best practices, coordinate testing, and look for new and innovative ways to test more effectively. The ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal communications skills, especially with executives to help prioritize improvements. You should thrive when working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in which developing and cultivating partnerships with multi-functional teams is key to longterm success.

Education & Experience

BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
