Job Summary:
The Raytheon Missile Defense (RMD) Global Supply Chain organization is looking for a Property Administrator for the Property Department located in Louisville, KY. The Property Administrator will perform a variety of technical and business tasks in support of the product returns, inventory management, and delivery functions for government, operations, and engineering materials.
The ideal candidate will possess the demonstrated skills and experience necessary to perform in the property support role. In this role you will be responsible for working with internal and external customers to coordinate acquisition, receipts, inventory management, and shipments; prepare proper paperwork; and support the property department.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Preparation of receiving/induction paperwork which includes a manifest, labels, and other necessary identification methods as needed.

Providing guidance at times to peers and the hourly work force when fulfilling a customer request.

Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, and distribution of materials.

Ensure the accuracy of the Property and Inventory Management system and will be accountable for Property throughout the life cycle of material.
Research and develop solutions to a variety of asset problems, utilizing the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other industry standards.

Communicate directly with internal and external customers.
Maintain all necessary files and documentation related to government receiving and shipping; researches; and resolves all problems associated with government material.
Responsible for inventory control by creating, entering, and researching during cycle counts. At times will work through discrepancies in which you will collaborate with our onsite government customer.
Utilize business tools to scan, process and maintain records in accordance with our record keeping systems.


Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelors Degree (major may include but are not limited to the following: Business Administration, Supply Chain management, Operations management, or Logistics).
2+ years working with government property material in warehouse management atmosphere.
2+ years experience with inventory control aspects such as cycle counting, wall to wall activity.

Qualifications We Value:
Experience in the aerospace and defense industry and government contracts.
Demonstrate experience in government Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
Experience working with SAP and Microsoft applications.
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Strong business acumen, and demonstrate problem solving skills Ability to prioritize completing tasks to complete assignments with minimal supervision.
