Operations Workforce Optimization team has a dynamic, high visibility opportunity for a Project Manager in Andover, MA or Tucson, AZ. This exciting role is responsible for continuous improvement projects & initiatives across a broad scope of services and support in the Operations organization including learning & development, technical training, command media, workforce planning, S&OP, etc. This requires a flexible, hands-on, tenacious learner with a commitment to customer success that can operate at the pace and demands of the business. This role will work with local management / teams across multiple several functions.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Develop and execute project management plans, outbriefs and reporting
Create and distribute management-level reports, metrics, data analysis and visualization
work internally and cross functionally to simplify and drive overall efficient and effective business execution
Position requires working on-site a majority of the time and occasional domestic travel
Required Qualifications:
BS/BA in Operations/Manufacturing, Business, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Human Resources, or any major related to the above job description
6 years experience in a manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, training, security, or human resources, or (4+ years experience with Master's Degree)
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrated project management capability to drive alignment, meet deadlines / budgets, identify and manage risk
Proven ability to communicate, influence and partner across multiple organizations and levels

CORE, Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing background, improvement-oriented
Experience with adult learning, instructional design, development, delivery or evaluation of learning initiatives

Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that is geographically dispersed
