As a member of the AppleCare Online team, you will craft, promote, lead, and deliver on a vision which brings the AppleCare Online Support Content organization to the next level. The position is part of a team leading a diverse set of projects in content management. To be successful, applicants must have excellent cross-organizational collaboration skills, clear and time-saving communication skills, the ability to develop project timelines and the resourcefulness to drive project tasks to completion. You must be able to express your opinions, provide leadership and collaborate in a way that builds harmony and cultivates a positive working environment.

Key Qualifications

  • Superb organizational skills and a solid track record of handling projects in a clear and well-documented manner.
  • Multi-tasking and prioritization of ongoing responsibilities with critical product launches and issues.
  • Ability to work respectfully with a variety of personalities and work styles.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Shown experience in developing business requirements for customer-focused solutions delivered via digital properties.
  • Skilled at socializing ideas across all levels of an organization and turning them into robust action plans for delivery.
  • Knowledge of multi-language and multi-locale content delivery web services and tools.
  • Familiarity with common Key Performance Indicators found in content management organizations.
  • Experience with large-scale content, customer support and digital projects.
  • Expert-level project leadership for cross-functional initiatives, especially in content delivery and customer relationship management spaces.

Description
- Lead a wide variety of projects and cross-functional deliverables.
- Handle requests and thoughtfully communicate across teams, understanding how and when to engage key partners.
- Establish project plan and achievements and ensure all project tracks are on schedule.
- Ensure ideas and business requirements stay focused on our vision and act as a key liaison between multiple cross-functional groups.
- Partner with the Writing team and Content Strategy team to establish content objectives early on. Maintain clear, regular reports and check-ins so that engineering, strategy, and marketing can know the overall project status, allocate enough time for content reviews, and keep the Writing team looped ahead of time for any imminent content needs.
- Partner with the Content Systems team to improve our systems for content creation, presentation and delivery capabilities.
- Resolve project roadblocks in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Prepare and deliver communications to team management and partners.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Project management education or certification highly desirable (PMP, CAPM, CSM).
