Conducts technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations. Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution. Assesses product needs in accordance with customer specifications. Conducts technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives. Acts as local on-site representative to customer's organization


Performs routine and specialized maintenance/repair support, of commercial category passenger vehicles

Basic Qualifications
Ten (10) years of experience in automotive and diesel maintenance trouble shooting, and repair of equipment or eight (8) years of experience with a two year automotive service and repair Degree from an accredited College.

A minimum of five (5) years in a supervisor position in the field of Military maintenance

Responsible for the direction and welfare of ten or more personnel, a FOSOV mechanic supervisor will oversee the maintenance of vehicles, personnel, and shop operations. The supervisor will be responsible to plan and enforce safety; requisition supplies, parts, and necessary materials, and is the primary point of contact with the unit on all matters related to the maintenance and repair of the FOSOV fleet and any other equipment that is assigned . This senior level FOSOV mechanic understands complex mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, ventilation and/or instrumentation systems, and uses analytical and investigative methods and techniques to ensure systems meet required specifications. This site lead mechanic will establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with customer, and supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers who repair and maintain the FOSOV fleet; resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity; prepare production and other reports. Responsible for QA/QC inspections of all equipment repaired at his responsible sites prior to the equipment being returned to the customer

Familiar with the following Toyota Tacoma, Hilux, Land Cruiser and other commercial types of equipment as well as tactical military ground equipment

Candidates should have the desire and ability to work alone as well as with others to complete preventative maintenance and repairs on customer owned equipment
