Job Description: IDS Operations has an opportunity for a manufacturing professional. This position has been created to support the Patriot BMC4I programs. This position will provide professionals with opportunities to grow their skills in operations management, technical operations, business communications, and leadership. This individual will be responsible for coordinating with the Manufacturing Work Centers, and other Cross Business Teams (CBT) to ensure successful on time integration of the material and labor efforts necessary to support manufacturing and contract schedules. Candidate will be responsible for all phases of Operations Management by working within an Integrated Product Team/Cross Business Team (IPT/CBT) environment to ensure effective execution of Patriot Production programs. Responsibilities of this role include coordinating the program schedules with the CBTs. This role requires daily interaction with other CBTs in IDS to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives. Other focus areas of this position include cost, quality, delivery, safety, and identification/implementation of continuous improvement opportunities that are critical performance criteria for success.
Required Skills:
Minimum of six (6) years of experience with Operations Management working in an Integrated Product Team/Cross Business Team (IPT/CBT) environment or equivalent experience
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment.
