As the Program Manager of Inclusive Products & Services for Apple Music, Podcasts and Beats, you will develop a strategy in partnership with the business to drive improvement of Apple Music products and services. You will lead industry-specific programs, network and foster relationships which promote outreach, engagement and advocacy for the design and execution of inclusive products and services.

You will also proactively engage with the company's People Team, ensuring Apple is honoring our obligations with respect to all partnerships and engagements. In support of this, you will work proactively with Apple Music, Podcasts and Beats leadership to ensure they champion, lead and deliver Inclusion & Diversity related solutions. You achieve this through driving planning and programming, increasing accountability and measuring the impact of key business initiatives.

Key Qualifications

  • Prior experience managing such programs at non-profit organizations, higher education institutions, media, talent agency, record label, streaming service, etc. required.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead and influence others, with capacity to adapt style based on the audience and their needs.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability according to the changing needs and priorities of the organization.
  • Track record of building effective business partnerships in a consultative model across all organizational levels and cross functional teams.
  • Ability to quickly understand organizational needs and challenges and develop tailored programs accordingly.
  • Highly collaborative, organized and strategic thinker with outstanding communications.
  • Experience developing project plans and timelines, identifying risks and mitigation strategies, and delivering against those plans.
  • Ability to independently prioritize workload and manage multiple projects at once.

Description

You will partner with Apple Music, Podcasts, and Beats business stakeholders, internally and externally, to identify key areas of focus and growth for inclusive products and services.
You will identify, develop and grow external I&D partnerships and drive connections within Apple Music, Podcasts and Beats - assessing solutions with leaders and develop customized plans of action where needed.
You will establish relationships, incorporate key partners and gain alignment for programs and initiatives.
You will serve as a point of contact to People Business Partners (PBP's), Recruiters, Apple University, Inclusion and Diversity, and Business Leaders where necessary.
You will work with leaders to deliver integrated solutions, ensuring consistency of implementation and project manage programs and initiatives.
Some overnight and international travel required

Education & Experience

Bachelors Degree required. Masters+ degree preferred.
7 - 10+ years of equivalent experience in the areas above preferred.
I&D, music and/or media industry experience preferred
