Job Summary:

Raytheon Solipsys, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Raytheon Missile and Defense (RMD) and Raytheon Technologies (RTX) and an industry leader in the development of integrated C4I Network Centric Defense System solutions for both the Domestic and International DoD.

As a part of the Program Excellence Team, the Program Integrator (PI) is responsible for program integration, coordination, and control and direct engagement with the program team and functional partners, in pursuit of day to day program execution; advocating Program Management (PM) plans, processes, and business objectives; the implementation of PM best practices.

This position is located in Fulton, Maryland. Telecommuting is available up to two-three days a week.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

Support the PM in day to day leadership of multi-functional teams in the performance of program execution and program capture.
Develops program enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations, including Engineering, Contracts, Finance, IT, Security, EXIM, and Subcontracts.
Defining and tracking the performance of contract scope. This may include working with the customer and internal team to draft Statements of Work as well as tracking contract deliverables.
Tracking and reporting on cost and schedule performance, including customer status and financial reports, and internal Program Reviews
Coordinating setup, tracking and closure of Control Accounts with assigned Control Account Managers.
Establishes standards and an executable program baseline using the approved business model and management tools.
In the absence of PM, is responsible for meeting contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations.
Manages the program risk and opportunity, in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations.
Execute daily program cadence i.e., risk review boards, customer reviews, failure review boards, program milestones, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure integrated master schedule aligns with program strategies, objectives, and milestones
Capture staffing projections and work with Control Account Managers (CAMs) to meet program goals and timelines
Stay proficient in company policy and directive changes and any resulting implications that warrant change management facilitation

Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
A minimum of 5 years of program management or engineering project management professional experience
Experience using financial analysis tools and experience with project management tools and/or systems
Experience leading cross-functional teams in the development of software-based systems
Experience balancing technical, cost, and schedule constraints to meet project deadlines and expectations
Raytheon Program Management Execution certification (PMX) (Level 6) or ability to obtain within 12 months
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Value:
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and/or Raytheon Program Management Execution certification (PMX) (Level 6)
Earned Value Management certification
Proficiency with Program Management tool suite or similar systems
Ability to operate independently to navigate organizational complexities and to obtain resources (through influence) to move initiatives forward with
Strong business acumen to proactively identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in the Defense or Aerospace industry
Proposal capture experience
Working knowledge of contract formation and execution
Demonstrated experience with Risk and Opportunity Management
Product lifecycle management experience
Masters degree preferred
