This is an opportunity within the Saudi Patriot Program Office as a Program Cost Scheduling & Control Analyst, primarily supporting Float Equipment and Critical Spares (FCS) program. Awarded in December 2019, the Saudi Float Equipment and Critical Spares program is a $347M Direct Commercial Sale to the Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces (RSADF). Under this contract, Raytheon is funded for procurement, production, delivery and integration of several float assets (Radar, ECS, and ICC) and various spares.
As a critical member of the finance team, this candidate will be responsible for all aspects of financial control and compliance. This position requires significant partnership with Program Management, Control Account Managers (CAMs), Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, and Patriot Product Line (PPL) to ensure flawless program execution concentrating on cost and schedule control and EVMS compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in Earned Value Management System (EVMS), and Estimate at Complete (EACs) and will be responsible for supporting the cost and schedule integration of the EVMS finance engine (APEX), monthly EVMS reporting and analysis, Budget Change Request (BCRs), quarterly program EACs, as well as other ad hoc financial tasks to drive program success.
