Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) seeks a passionate and driven individual for our Program Administrator position. In this position you will work closely with Learning & Development and our global HR partners to align our tuition assistance program across the globe. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Plan and manage all aspects of program including scope, schedule, budget, reporting, and communication.
2. Ensure program is delivered and accessible to eligible participants including those located in field and international offices.
3. Drive consensus decisions among various program stakeholders including team members, oversight committee, management, and executive sponsor(s).
4. Develop and maintain internal and external customer relationships; model SEL values in every interaction.
5. Partner with Program manager to create and implement strategic planning efforts to establish future direction of the program.
6. Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
7. Understand. Create. Simplify.
8. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or equivalent/demonstrated experience

A minimum of 2 years experience managing/administering complex program(s)

A self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently

High attention to detail and ability to see the big picture

Exceptional coordination and organizational skills

Strong listening skills and ability to analyze and ask questions to fully understand concepts

Strong critical thinking skills and ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

Strong public speaking, presentation, and verbal communication skills

Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Persistent and driven to get results and move program forward

Strong leadership ability

Proficient in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills

Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities

Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

Background check results satisfactory to SEL

Negative drug test result(s)


Preferred Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish

Study abroad and/or experience working globally

Project management experience
Experience managing/administering a like-program
