The School of Electrical, Computer and Energy Engineering in the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University, and the Center for Bioelectronics and Biosensors in the Biodesign Institute at Arizona State University seek applicants for a tenure-track or tenured faculty position with a specific interest in signal and image processing and machine learning for digital health. Appointments may be at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor rank commensurate with the candidate’s experience and accomplishments, beginning August 2020. While the tenure home may be in any of the schools within the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering, the School of Electrical, Computer and Energy Engineering is currently the most involved in the interest areas of this search. Successful candidates are expected to fit with the research of the Biodesign Institute and will have significant opportunities for collaborations in the areas of bioinformatics, kinesiology, behavioral health, and speech and hearing science in the College of Health Solutions.

Faculty members in the Fulton Schools are expected to develop an internationally recognized and externally funded research program, adopt effective pedagogical practices in the development and delivery of graduate and undergraduate courses, advise both undergraduate and graduate student research and projects and undertake service activities.
