As part of our Retail Commerce and Digital Experience Product team, you'll help craft a seamless, high-quality digital retail experience for our customers. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to provide strategic and executional leadership over our hero buy flows and new product launches.
You should have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a highly cross-functional team environment. We are seeking an organized, results-oriented individual, who knows how to proactively redirect around pitfalls, remain flexible and positive in an ever-changing environment.
You will be asked to work collaboratively with your teammates under strict security policies. And when a new product is publicly announced you will celebrate the success along with the project team knowing your hard work allowed us to surprise and delight our customers.
Key Qualifications
Create and manage the overall product strategy and roadmap for consumer-facing hero buy flows; collaborating with senior management and stakeholders throughout the broader organization.
Negotiate and set milestones and expectations with other departments. Evangelizes each release to other departments and stakeholders.
Help manage design and development process. Makes decisions to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency.
Oversee and update the production schedule; ensuring each release is timely and solves requirements.
Represents business objectives and feature solutions during product reviews to senior leadership and executives. Determines and follows through relevant action items for the working team to address.
Optimize user experience through intuition, analysis of quantitative test data and qualitative research/customer interviews.
Monitor the health of projects at all times along with the associatedrisks and implications to timelines; lead the resolution of cross-functional issues.
Manage team of Product Managers to execute all new product introductions.
Education & Experience
Completion of an undergraduate or graduate degree.
