Product Information Management (PIM) Functional Analyst is a position within the corporate Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) SAP team and this position will be key to our digital channel operation space!

In this position you will be required to have business process skills as well as Functional leadership skills, to be able to design and implement secure, scalable and balanced solutions. It also requires ability to build process flows, functional specifications and work with both onsite and offshore resources in order to build and test solutions, troubleshoot and resolve issues in dynamic situations to meet timelines and present solutions to multiple levels of management.

Key Qualifications

  • Five plus years of experience with Product Information Management (PIM) application & 2+ years of STIBO STEP implementation
  • Have experience in PIM involving collection, maintenance, and syndication of product data for digital channel partners
  • Experience in STEP Configuration, Stibo STEP Web UI, STEP Workbench, STEP Workflows and Business Rules, and Integration of inbound/outbound endpoints
  • Implementation experience in hierarchies, relationships types, packages and profiles.
  • Must have knowledge in building and maintaining process flow and user documentations
  • Lead and maintain all asset types in PIM (includes imports, linking, cleansing, and export requests).
  • Experience in configuring Mappings, Trust and Validation rules, Match Path, Match Column, Match rules, Merge properties and Batch Group creation.
  • Experience in Agile project methodology
  • Knowledge in web technologies like Java Script, JSON, XML, SOAP and/or RESTful web services, etc. is a plus

Description

Responsibilities include review of business requirements, evolve solutions, engaging business throughout the solution implementation and provide technical leadership and advice as needed.

As the PIM Analyst, you will work with digital strategists, product managers, and technical teams, building and enriching product content.

The role will require strong influence and persuasion skills along with excellent configuration and functional skills to seamlessly integrate PIM application with other internal systems.

This individual will be partnering with business to drive content syndication between Apple and channel partners worldwide and identify opportunities and execute initiatives that drives success on the PIM Platform.

Education & Experience

BS in Computer Science, Business or equivalent experience
