Job Description: Raytheon Missiles and Defense, Radio Frequency (RF) Head Factory is a new state of the art class 100K cleanroom that leverages advanced processing technologies and equipment combined with industry-leading operational execution to produce world-class microelectronic assemblies for defense applications. As a Principle Operations Engineer, you will work closely with process engineering to identify and implement product yield improvements across the assigned product portfolio. A key to the success of this position will be to possess strong data analysis capabilities and to have the ability make sound data- based decisions that result in meeting or exceeding the given yield objectives. The position will also act as the product interface for both upstream and downstream processes to ensure product performance objectives have been met and to capitalize on performance feedback. In addition, as the Principle Operations Engineer you will work together with the process engineering team to use automated data collects and interfaces with the various microelectronics equipment to enhance the statistical process control (SPC) capability within the factory. You will play an integral part in a team oriented environment, collaborating with multiple CBT (cross business team) members through verbal and written means of communications, to drive overall product and process performance for the organization.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 8 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably semiconductors or Master's degree in Sciences with 4 years of experience
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will needs a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date
Desired Skills:
Knowledge and experience with Statistical process control in a production environment
