This is an opportunity to join the Qatar ADOC/AOC portfolio as a Program Controls Analyst in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. The Qatar ADOC/AOC portfolio are combined +$400M FMS contracts with the US Air Force to develop and enhance air operations/defense in the Middle Eastern country of Qatar.

This role will have both Financial Planning & Analysis and Earned Value responsibilities within the portfolio. You will be required to perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure that contracts are performed within contract agreed-upon parameters. Responsibilities include: establish and execute both a weekly and monthly cadence for inputs, reviews, and on-time delivery, own all financial reports, presentations, and FP&A deliverables for the program, contribute to product line investment and growth strategy through our five year planning and annual investment strategy process, analyze forecast data trends and make recommendations, monitor spending and liquidation of inventory ARs and CFRs, establish and drive the schedule for all 5YP and investment planning activities to meet business area deadlines, support the development of quarterly EAC's, help to define and understand the monthly variances to Budget baseline and EAC positions, and support manpower forecasts. Other responsibilities include: maintain accurate records for Budget and EAC tracking to ensure adequate funding is available; process approved Baseline Change Requests (BCRs) and ensure all changes are incorporated into control systems; submit and update Inter-Organizational Transfers (IOTs); utilize & share knowledge of the RTN Earned Value Management system process 10255 policy within the program team.

The successful candidate for this role should possess strong technical knowledge of finance and program control, financial planning & analysis, strong problem solving skills and have good communication skills. The candidate should be comfortable working independently and in a team environment, and have the ability to multi task and work on several different program issues concurrently, in a fast paced environment. Candidate shall be comfortable working with and presenting to the program leadership team, lead engineers and other cross functional organizations. The individual should be dedicated to continued process improvements and the building of efficiencies into all operational aspects of the organization.

This position can be remote at the discretion of the hiring manager. The work hours for the role correlate to Eastern Standard Time.
Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of relevant professional working experience
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of Tools
  • Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis, Program Controls (Cost/Schedule), and/or EAC Process

Education: A Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field of study

This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
