With fast pace of Data Center growth, there is an urgent need to do power, thermal, and performance validation for data center processors of strategic customers. The ideal candidate should be able to:


  Create, define and develop system validation environments and test suites.

  Uses and applies emulation and platform level tools and techniques to ensure power and performance to spec

   Responsible for the development of methodologies, execution of validation plans and debug of failures

   Requires broad understanding of multiple system areas and requires interfaces with Architecture, Design, and Pre-silicon Validation teams in improving post-silicon test content and providing for future on die debug features

   Do performance tuning using machine learning tools for customer specific workloads (WL) or single tenant WL proxies in various configurations like RVPs, clusters within Intel and at customers etc.

   Debug power and performance regressions to root causes and enabling robust design fixes

   Deliver power thermal recipe and system to tester correlation specific to custom SKUs

   Apply and develop telemetry tools with a select few customers to get a better sensing of the customer workloads

   Sense new workloads using NLP tools

   Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur

   Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement

Candidate must have a Bachelors/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline


5+ years of experience with:

        Pre or post silicon validation, or SOC architecture.

        Scripting or software development, Python, Perl, C, C#

        Benchmarks and PnP analysis techniques in the industry
