Job Summary:
The Program Integrator (PI) is a direct report to the Program Management Excellence (PMX) Directorate and matrixed to the Poland Patriot Program Manager. This position will provide team leadership among the program office, assigned integrated product, and cross product teams.

The PI is responsible for program integration, coordination, and control and direct engagement with the program team and functional partners, in pursuit of day to day program execution; advocating Program Management (PM) plans, processes, and business objectives; the implementation of PM best practices.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
  • Support the PM in meeting contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations
  • Develops program enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (Integrated Program Teams/Cross Product Teams) such as contracts, finance, procurement, manufacturing, quality control, logistics, data management (CDRL support) and administrative functions)
  • Display strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills with both internal and external customers
  • Establishes an executable program baseline using the approved business model and management tools
  • Supports a robust program risk and opportunity process to ensure predictable program performance
  • Utilizes a robust set of program metrics that accurately measure progress, identifies potential problems in sufficient time for corrective action; lead development of situational awareness charts and performance assessments to enable program success drivers by program leadership teams
  • Execute daily program management and cadence i.e., risk review boards, customer reviews, failure review boards, program reviews such as Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and staffing, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments
  • Leads the proposal team for new efforts and out-of-scope efforts
  • Prepares, revises, updates and monitors required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, Raytheons Integrated Product Development System (IPDS), Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Corporate and Business policies and procedures
  • Captures and tracks program actions and working with action owners to ensure timely closure of actions
Qualifications You Must Have:
  • A minimum of 10 years of business, program, or project management professional experience
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority in a matrixed organization
  • Working knowledge of proposal development and approval processes
  • Bachelors degree

Qualifications We Value:
  • Experience working on a large, complex, international program inclusive of industrial participation
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing, operations, engineering, or Aerospace and Defense environment
  • Experience balancing technical, cost, and schedule constraints to meet project deadlines and expectations
  • Experience developing and reviewing complex cost proposals and synthesizing Gate 4 and Gate 5 (IPDS) packages for Management Review and approval
  • Experience using financial analysis tools and experience with project management tools and/or systems
  • Candidate must have ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance
  • Program Management certification, Level 6/5 or equivalent or ability to achieve within 6 months.
  • Equivalent experience as a CAM
  • Experience supporting programs with offset requirements
  • Working knowledge of contract formation and execution
  • Experience conducting international business and cross-cultural communication
  • Demonstrated experience with contracts management
  • Product lifecycle management experience
  • Proficiency with Program Management tool suite or similar systems
  • Prior experience and application of Defense Acquisition processes

This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Non-US citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
