Raytheon Missiles and Defense (RMD) has an exciting opportunity for an Integrated Planning Lead that will balance circuit card execution through final integration operational success. This highly visible, critical role will support our growing circuit card business to ensure that program needs are understood, integrated and aligned to meet program commitments. This role interfaces with various final integration centers and numerous active programs. Results are achieved through leading and influencing senior level cross business team members and mid-level management, leading briefings and meetings for internal and external customers (representatives) and being accountable for the multiple facets associated with effectively running each program. The IPL requires the ability to interface with all levels of management up to and including the Vice President level. Significant interface is required with both internal and external customers, Program Management Review (PMRs), Gates, EACs, and customer visits/tours. You will leverage strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work across functional teams, as well as through multiple businesses and suppliers, to drive resolution to production and delivery barriers.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 8 years experience in Production/Manufacturing, Engineering or a related field.
Deep understanding of master data, supply chain, manufacturing operations and the integration of these areas in the planning environment
U.S. Citizenship status is require as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.

EVMS Certification or equivalent

Circuit Card Assembly experience

Proficient in risk and constraint mitigation, with the strong analytical skills required to evaluate end-to-end plan constraints and a knowledge base that can provide creative and systematic solutions to ensure MRP integrity
Understanding of the MRP schedule, capacity planning and financial objectives
Required Education (including Major):
BA/BS degree in a related filed or equivalent education and work experience.
