We are looking for a People Business Partner who embodies our culture and values. You'll be responsible for supporting the Marketing communications team. It's a great opportunity to support the team that makes Apple's advertising come to life and help create world-class event experiences.
In this role, you will deliver a full spectrum of both strategic and tactical HR support and programs to employees and managers. From educating clients on compensation practices and the performance review process to guiding on organizational design and various management issues. Providing relevant data and recommendations to guide decision-making related to compensation, organizational structures, retention, promotions and other activities, are key aspects of this role. In addition, this role will have the opportunity to do projects across multiple lines of business.
Key Qualifications
Business Knowledge: Displays a deep understanding of the business, including key functions and processes and a passion to build a strong eye for business.
Organizational Development and Design: Knowledge of reshaping organizational structure and roles. Understand the needs of the organization in terms of achieving maximum organizational performance and efficiencies. Assist the business in alignment of structure, process, rewards, metrics and talent to align with the business initiatives. Advise and influence managers on key organizational and leadership concerns.
Talent & Performance Management: Provides advice and counsel on all performance related issues, including identifying key talent, succession planning, recognition and rewards, performance improvement, and terminations.
Compensation/Benefits: Executes compensation and benefits programs (annual salary planning process, salary surveys and analysis, benefit programs and employee services). Partners with management and Benefits to assist with the management of leaves, disabilities, and Worker's Compensation.
Special Projects: Contributes to special and cross-functional projects as needed.
Training: Understands the training/development needs and acts as liaison with Apple University to provide appropriate training to the organization.
Education & Experience
BA/BS or equivalent is required. MA/MS/MBA preferred.
