Key Qualifications
A successful Operations Product Development PM has very strong interpersonal skills and relationship building skills with the ability to effectively influence peers and management. These roles require a deep understanding of consumer electronics components, supply chains, and manufacturing cost structures as well as DFMA knowledge. Are you a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a creative problem solver? Can you quickly switch between minute details and the big picture while working multiple projects with contending priorities? If yes, we hope you will consider joining our Apple team.
Coordinate initiatives among cross-functional leads
Define & drive tactical next steps for cross-functional teams to fully cost sites, uncover hidden roadblocks, & execute operationally while achieving timeline goals
Create uniform methodology to build out future SCD strategy and understand various levers
Communicate approach, strategy, and tactics to stakeholders in a consistent manner
Create a center of management within OPD as an umbrella for SCD (super PM)
Report into SCI team and bridge SCI/PM teams
Scope and drive long term strategy and tactics with an "OPD PM mindset"
Streamline executive communication across OPD
Create efficiency and intersectionality across LOBs
Help to uncover and assess Diversification cost levers across Ops, Procurement, and Finance
Education & Experience
BA/BS + 2 years of experience, masters degree or MBA is a plus
