Job Description

The oneAPI Community and Academia team is responsible for the community building efforts for oneAPI and Intel GPUs focusing on two strategic audiences worldwide: academia and developers. Our focus is on accelerating adoption of oneAPI by faculty, students and developers worldwide through enabling software on oneAPI, conducting technical trainings and event participation showcasing the work on the oneAPI community. Candidate will be responsible to ensure success of oneAPI Center of Excellence CoE program.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Refining the program strategy working with universities to assess fit with the CoE program requirements.
  • Identify milestones and project goals, creation of schedules and tracking of all items to ensure successful delivery of the oneAPI CoE program
  • Drives creation and execution of the program POR with each CoE university including scope success, criteria schedule, resources and quality.
  • Responsible for stakeholder management including coordination of departmental or cross functional cross organizational teams as well as communication within the organization outward to other internal groups and external partners and universities. Define Value Prop for oneAPI CoE as a product define success criteria and maintain dashboard for program.

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors with 3+ years or Masters with 2+ years in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or similar STEM Degree.
  • 4+ years working experience in HPC or AI or Computer Graphics.
  • 2+ years of Project Management experience

This position is not eligible for an Intel immigration sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with academia
  • oneAPI or SYCL prior experience
